How we learn
Problem → Diagnose → Decide → Apply
Professionals become better problem-solvers by solving problems — with structure, evidence and feedback.
Problem
We start where work starts: with a realistic, incomplete and often ambiguous problem. No lecture first, no framework in isolation.
Every course is anchored in a case drawn from real professional situations, anonymised and adapted for learning.
Diagnose
Participants learn to separate symptoms from causes, decide which evidence matters, and test hypotheses quickly.
Facilitators push for precision: what do we actually know, and what would change our view?
Decide
Analysis is only useful if it leads to a choice. Teams build options, weigh trade-offs and commit to a defensible recommendation.
Decisions are presented and challenged, as they would be in front of an executive committee.
Apply
The final step transfers the approach to the participant’s own organisation with a concrete plan.
Participants leave with a worked approach to a problem they own — not only with notes.
